OEMs tend to focus on cutting, bending and welding, but the finish decides how long a part lasts in the field. Our conveyorised powder coating line gives parts a durable, corrosion-resistant finish, and the same finish on the first part and the last.
Why the finish matters
A fabricated part isn’t finished until it’s protected. In construction, energy and agriculture, parts face weather, abrasion and heavy use every day, and without protection even a well-made part can fail early.
Wet painting gives coverage, but often with an uneven film, higher VOC emissions and a shorter life. Powder coating offers:
- Durability: protection against corrosion, chipping and wear.
- An even finish: a smooth, consistent film thickness.
- A cleaner process: close to zero VOC emissions compared with liquid paint.
- Efficiency: fast curing and less rework.
How our line works
Our powder coating line is built for continuous production, so small and large orders get the same treatment.
- Nine-tank pre-treatment: every part is cleaned and prepared before coating, for strong adhesion.
- A conveyorised flow: parts move through pre-treatment, coating and curing without being handled in between.
- Electrostatic application: the powder wraps evenly around complex shapes.
- Tested protection: rated to 500 hours in salt spray, or 2,000 hours over a CED base coat.
