We sit between your drawing and your assembly line. Our team turns drawings and sample parts into tested prototypes, then into production parts that are made in our own plants, checked at every stage and traceable to the hour they were made.

From one attachment to two plants

Excava was founded in October 2020 with a simple idea: OEMs should be able to get every attachment they need from one partner. Every step since has built on that.

Karan founded Excava in 2020 to give OEMs every attachment they need from one partner. Backed by Imperial Auto’s legacy in manufacturing, he leads our work with OEMs in India, Europe and the US.

Mayank Chakravarti

25+ yrsMedium & heavy fabrication

Mayank has spent more than 25 years in medium and heavy fabrication, with deep hands-on experience of Total Quality Management. He runs our shop floor and sits on the jury panel of the CII National Cluster Summits.

Rajkumar

20+ yrsNew developments

Rajkumar brings more than 20 years in sheet metal, fabrication and electrical panels. He leads new developments, taking customer parts from first drawing to approved sample.
