Partnering with ACE: Delivering durable excavator buckets
ACE needed excavator buckets that could stand up to heavy wear, heavy loads and harsh sites. Earlier designs needed frequent maintenance and replacement, which slowed operations and added cost. They wanted a fabrication partner who could build stronger, longer-lasting buckets without slipping on delivery.
What we did
We designed and built buckets to ACE’s durability and performance standards, combining MIG/MAG welding, abrasion-resistant finishes and our ISO 9001:2015 quality system. The result:
- buckets built for extreme site use
- better abrasion resistance from tougher coatings
- consistent quality, with zero rejections
- deliveries on schedule, in step with ACE’s supply chain
