Supplying more than 100 companies
From 1.5 mm sheet for canopy panels to 40 mm plate for heavy structures, in mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, Hardox 500 and EN10355 SJ2. Automotive parts are made in CRCA, HR and HRC steel.
Powder coating after nine-tank pre-treatment, rated to 500 hours in salt spray, or 2,000 hours over a CED base coat. Heavy parts are shot blasted, then powder coated on a dedicated line or finished with 2-pack liquid coating.
Yes. We work with OEMs in India, Europe and the US and pack to export standards. The genset canopies we build for JCB are shipped all over the world.
Canopies up to 3 m long in the light fabrication plant, and welded structures of up to 2.5 tonnes in the heavy fabrication plant.
0%. Parts are checked at every stage, from incoming material to CMM inspection, under our ISO 9001:2015 quality system.
Our first plant covers 5,000 square yards and runs at around 50% of its capacity, so we can take on new programmes without waiting for a build-out. Heavy attachments are built in a second, dedicated plant.
