Who we are
This website is run by Excava Attachers Pvt Ltd (“Excava”, “we”), a company registered in India (CIN: U29200HR2020PTC089370), at Khasra No. 48/4,5,47/A, Patli Khurd, Palwal, Haryana 121102, Delhi NCR, India. We decide how the personal information described here is used.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us. When you submit the project brief form, we receive:
- your name, work email address and, if you add them, your company name and phone number;
- the options you pick (the services you need, what you are making and the expected volume);
- anything you write in the brief.
If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. The website does not ask for or store any payment, ID or bank details.
Why we use it
We use this information only to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotations, discuss your project and, if we work together, to manage that work. We do not use it for unrelated marketing, and we never sell or rent it to anyone.
By sending the form you consent to this use. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us (see below); this won’t affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
Who else handles it
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, an email-forwarding service that acts on our behalf. The website is served by a hosting provider that may keep standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) for security. Both only process data as needed to provide their service to us. We share your information with anyone else only if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and follow up. If an enquiry does not lead to work, we delete it within 24 months. If we work together, we keep project correspondence for as long as the law and our quality system (ISO 9001:2015) require.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add privacy-friendly visitor statistics in future, we will update this notice.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct or update it, or delete it. You can also raise a grievance about how we have handled it. Email mayank.chakarvarti@excava.co.in and we will respond as soon as we can. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
Changes
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
