Partnering with JCB: Scaling genset canopy production
When JCB set out to scale up genset canopy production, they needed canopies that met their global standards for durability and finish, with zero defects, and they needed volumes to ramp up quickly. We built first-time-right prototypes, validated them against JCB’s durability and finish standards and moved straight into volume production. Within six months we were delivering more than 200 canopies a month.

From the first samples, we built to JCB’s global benchmarks. Laser cutting, CNC bending, turret punching and our conveyorised powder coating line all run in-house, which let us:
- reach 200 genset canopies a month within the first six months of production
- deliver on time in every production cycle
- keep quality consistent, with every canopy traceable and made under ISO 9001:2015
